Reservation Policy

All rooms are non-smoking. Supervised children are always welcome.

Pets are allowed in some of our two queen and single queen rooms only (not in our deluxe and family rooms), they must weigh 60 lbs or less. There is a $15 fee per pet per night.

A $100.00 charge will be applied to your bill for undeclared pets or smoking in the room. The undeclared pets and smoking fee does not cover any damages to the room.

Two adult and one child are allowed per queen bed.

Check-in is after 2:00PM. Must be 21 or older to check-in.

Check-out is by 11:00AM. You must vacate the room by that time.

By reserving a room you agree that you are liable for the entire bill for that room. You agree to be held personally liable for any damages or in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any part of the of the charges including taxes. 10.8% hotel tax and any charges for toll calls will be added to the final bill.

This hotel property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.

The hotel and its owners or employees can not be held responsible for fire or theft, personal injury or property damage to car or contents while on the premises nor for lost or stolen property left in rooms.

Cancellation Policy

A 72 hour cancellation notice is required for refund of room rate and taxes. If cancelled or modified up to 72 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

A different cancellation policy is applied to group resevations, depending on your group contract.

Rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Rooms reserved through this system are guaranteed within reason following confirmation by email or by calling (800) 547-6414.
